After filling out a form, when should I expect to hear from you?

I am a stay at home mama who is painting banners during nap time and after bedtime! I will typically reach out to you within a couple days to confirm details and scheduling! You can expect your mockup about 2 weeks prior to your event, and then your banner will be shipped 7 days prior to your event! (Typical shipping is 3-5 days, so this gives plenty of time for your banner to arrive!)

How far in advance should I book a banner?

I am currently expecting orders through the end of the year! Placing an order as soon as possible, even if a few months away, guarantees your spot on my calendar in case I get fully booked for the month.

If I live local to Tyler/Chandler do I have to pay for shipping?

Absolutely not! We can schedule a porch pickup in either Tyler or Chandler.

Will my hand-painted banner look like the digital mock-up

As close as it can, YES! There might be slight variations in colors, but I try to match to the best of my ability. Don’t forget this is a hand-painted item, so there will be slight imperfections that add to the charm of your custom banner! (Nothing major!)

What if my banner is for a surprise & I don’t want it posted on social media?

I do use my banners for marketing purposes on my social media pages! I use my best discretion to never post an engagement or surprise party banner before the actual event is held. Please feel free to communicate with me if you would not like your banner posted online at all! :)
